Terms of Service
These terms apply to the apps of Khunt's Lab — My Budget, Edibles and Web Assigner — on Android and iPhone. Each app also shows its terms under Help; if an app's own terms say something more specific, they apply to that app.
1. Agreement
By using one of our apps you agree to these terms and to the app's usage policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Your licence
You may install and use our apps on your own devices for your own purposes. You may not resell them, copy them into another product or remove their notices.
3. Your data stays yours
Everything you enter belongs to you. We never receive it unless you send it yourself (an email or a problem report). You can export it or delete it at any time; uninstalling an app removes its data from that phone. See the privacy policy.
4. Trial, paying and codes
- Each app can be used with everything for 5 days. After that, some features ask for support; what you entered stays yours and readable either way.
- You choose the amount, yearly or once. Every amount unlocks the same. A yearly support renews until you cancel it in the store.
- Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms and refund policies. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
- A code we give you works on the one phone it was made for, for the time it states, and can't be sold or transferred.
5. Fair use
Don't use the apps for anything unlawful, and don't try to break, tamper with or reverse-engineer them beyond what the law allows.
6. Other services
Some apps work with services made by others: Edibles looks products up in open databases such as Open Food Facts; Web Assigner hands links to browsers you choose. Their terms and privacy policies apply to them; we have no control over them and are not affiliated with them.
7. Information, not advice
Edibles gives information, not medical or dietary advice; product data comes from databases and labels and can be wrong or out of date. Always check the packaging, especially with a severe allergy. My Budget helps you keep track of money; it is not financial advice.
8. No warranty, limited liability
The apps are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, wrong totals, missed payments, a wrong verdict, a link opening in the wrong place, or decisions made from what an app shows. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health, and as the law otherwise requires. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
9. Changes
The apps and these terms can change with updates; the version shown in the app is the one that applies. Features may be added, changed or removed. Material changes to these terms are mentioned in the release notes.
10. Law
German law applies, except where the law of the country you live in protects you more as a consumer.
